JUNIPER

I'm a certified Yoga Instructor offering 1:1 or small group yoga classes in the privacy of your own home or outdoor space. I create the atmosphere and offerings of a studio by bringing everything to you; mats, bolsters, blankets, music, etc. In addition to yoga, or as an alternative, I offer breathwork, reiki, and sound healing. It is my life's purpose to help others align with their highest potential by connecting deeply with their own experience through these transformative somatic and energetic practices.
